All orders place by 5:00pm will be shipped same day. A standard $14.50 will be charged for orders under $50.00

Orders will be shipped via UPS/Fedex and where necessary via our local messenger service. Office Pros will not be responsible if your package wasn’t delivered by UPS/Fedex errors and the customer not being able to receive the delivery. Additional charges may apply to furniture and oversized packages.

Refunds will be given to orders returned, except special orders, opened items, used items,misused items and shipping cost. All returns must be in original package and must not show any sign of usage.
